3. Appointment & Booking Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of physiotherapy services, refunds are not available for completed sessions.

  • Your personal and health information is stored securely, in compliance with Quebec’s privacy legislation and OPPQ standards.
  • Only authorized personnel have access to your records.
  • While we take strict precautions, no method of electronic transmission is entirely risk-free.

6. Sharing of Information

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • Information may only be shared with third parties (e.g., billing providers, booking software) as necessary for business operations and only with appropriate safeguards.
  • Your health information will only be disclosed with your consent or as required by law.

Under Quebec law, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of personal information when permitted by law.
